According to the regulation document of Argentine customs No. 4278-18, the shipping company must transmit the manifest and other information to Argentine customs as soon as possible after the goods are loaded on the ship, and the violator will be fined heavily.

For Brazilian goods (whether exported or transshipped from Brazil), they shall be provided within 12 hours after the ship leaves the berth at the latest.This manifest policy covers all Argentine ports including Buenos Aires, branca, campana, etc.

For the shipper, the following information shall be provided to the shipping company:

1. The full name of the consignee

2. The consignee's CUIT NUMBER (local TAX ID in Argentina)

3. HS Code

4. Ensure the gross weight of the goods is consistent with other commercial documents

Note: if the bill of lading is "to the order" or "to the order of a bank", the consignor need to provide CUIT NUMBER.However, due to the need to supplement and check relevant information after the arrival of the goods at the destination port, the customs clearance time will be extended, please pay attention to it!
